Survey with your team live — everyone sees the same checklist as species are added. If two of you log the same (or a similar) species, both entries are kept — each with its own points, photos and notes. Photos always stay on each person's own phone and are combined when you export.

Tap a species to add it to the checklist. Names not in the reference list are added as free text and tagged invasive — change the origin in the table if needed, and are automatically highlighted in red when exported to Excel. Any species can also be ticked Uncertain in the checklist below if you're not fully confident of the identification (same red highlight).
Draw an area on an aerial map (a habitat patch, a stand, a survey plot) and list the species found within it — separate from the individually-located Significant species above. Polygons are shared with your team the same way species are.
Tip: press and hold “+ Add Polygon” to walk the boundary — a corner is added automatically as you move.
General site observations — not tied to any single species. Add an entry for each observation; each one exports as its own paragraph.
