Survey with your team live — everyone sees the same list as species are added. If two of you log the same (or a similar) species, both entries are kept — each with its own points, photos and notes. Photos always stay on each person's own phone and are combined when you export.

Search a species and tap it to record it below. Names not in the reference list are added as free text, tagged invasive, and highlighted red on export (change the origin in the table if needed). Tick Uncertain on any record you're not fully confident of (same red highlight).
Draw an area on an aerial map (a habitat patch, a stand, a survey plot) and list the species found within it — separate from the individually-located Significant species above. Polygons are shared with your team the same way species are.
Tip: press and hold “+ Add Polygon” to walk the boundary — a corner is added automatically as you move.
General site observations — not tied to any single species. Add an entry for each observation; each one exports as its own paragraph.
